Twitter is a great place to network and get in touch with other people, but sometimes, you need to block someone on Twitter because you have a bad relationship with them. I know you don’t want to block anyone on Twitter, so I’m going to explain exactly how to block someone on Twitter and how to unblock them, too.

I’m going to start this post by saying that I don’t have a whole lot of experience with Twitter. I have a few followers, but the only reason I’m writing this is that a friend of mine mentioned it to me, and I had a question about it.

But, since I don’t have a lot of experience with Twitter, I’m not going to go into detail about it, instead, I’m going to go straight to the point. You can block someone on Twitter. So, if you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking for a way to block someone on Twitter. If you are, then you’re in the right place. So, let’s get started.

From the Twitter Website

Visit Twitter.com, and click the downward-facing arrow on a Tweet from the user you want to block. Alternatively, visit the profile of the user you want to block, and click on the Gear icon next to the Follow button. From the drop-down menu, click Block.
